Kidavoa's unique Double Fermentation, incorporating locally sourced banana pulp, creates a symphony of flavors. Ideal for various applications, from bars to moulding, mousse, and ganache, this chocolate pairs seamlessly with apricot, passion fruit, cinnamon, ginger, and maple syrup.
