La Trinquelinette Reine-Claude Queen Claude Plum Spread is crafted with 55% ripe Reine Claude plums and 45% unrefined cane sugar, traditionally cooked in a copper cauldron to preserve their natural sweetness and delicate aroma. Made in Saint-Léger-Vauban by La Trinquelinette under the guidance of Céline Dubreuil, this small-batch French preserve reflects meticulous fruit selection and time-honored technique. Prepared without coloring agents or preservatives, each 370g jar captures the lush, honeyed character of this prized plum variety and the authentic culinary heritage of Burgundy.
